These Terms of Service govern your use of the Assure Prints website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Personalised products: As all prints are made to order using images you supply, you confirm that you own the rights to any photos submitted. We accept no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied images.

Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
